
The international event was organized by the SCO Secretariat, India’s Ministry of Education, and the National Book Trust of India.

Participants at the conference discussed the pressing theme, “Dynamics of the Creative Space in the Digital Age: SCO Young Authors’ Dialogue”. Its goal was to bring together young writers and creative professionals from SCO member states to exchange views on how digital technologies are transforming art, literature, and intellectual exchange.

As part of the conference program, young Uzbek authors spoke at key sessions. Shukhrat Orif participated in a discussion on the convergence of traditional and digital broadcasting, where he presented Uzbekistan’s experience in adapting modern content to new media formats.

Javlon Jovliyev took part in the session “Creativity and Publishing”, where he shared his views on contemporary literary processes and the challenges faced by authors in the digital age.

The 2nd SCO Young Authors’ Conference brought together around 30 authors and creative professionals under the age of 40 from Uzbekistan, India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Belarus, and Iran.
