Representative of the Turkish company Çalık Enerji, Gökhan Küçük, arrived in Namangan within the framework of mutual economic cooperation.
The regional department of investments and foreign trade hosted negotiations on implementation by a Turkish company of a project for generating electric energy through waste processing.
A project worth million will help generate up to 15 MW of electricity.
The Turkish investor visited waste landfills located in Chust, Narin, Uychi districts and in Namangan. The project was discussed together with representatives of the regional SUE Suvokava, JSC Namangan Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari, LLC Hududgaz Namangan, and the regional branch of the SUE Toza Hudud.
The investor noted that the project will be implemented at the waste landfill in Namangan.
