Uzbekistan offers a special scholarship opportunity for citizens of Malaysia in Tourism, Logistics in Tourism, Museum Studies, Management of Cultural Heritage, Creative Industries, and Archaeology.
The “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in Samarkand has announced the allocation of full government-funded scholarships to pursue a one-year Master’s Degree Program.
The scholarship covers the following expenses:
• 3500 USD full tuition fee;
• Return economy airfare to Uzbekistan;
• 500 USD (equivalent) monthly stipend and 100 USD (equivalent) for dormitory expenses;
• 100 USD (equivalent) will be allocated for cultural trips to Uzbekistan’s ancient cities (twice a year).
Minimum requirements for applicants: Bachelor’s Degree and English language proficiency (at least IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 72)
Deadline for Spring Semester 2023: 20 January
Deadline for Fall Semester 2023: 1 July
