An expert meeting of health sector representatives has been held within the framework of activities of the Health Coordination Council of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, via videoconference.
The event was attended by health sector representatives of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
Director General of International Health Services of the Ministry of Health of Turkey, Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya, made a presentation on the activities of this company.
The participants discussed methods of treatment and prevention of infectious diseases, issues of developing further cooperation and strengthening coordination in this direction.
The investment opportunities of the participating countries in healthcare were studied, the views of the parties on the management of clinics and the purchase of medical equipment and medicines were heard.
Following the meeting, practical steps were determined to coordinate joint actions.
