According to the press service of the head of our state, a guard of honor was formed at Sheikh Hamad International Airport in honor of the distinguished guest.
The President of Uzbekistan was met by the Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and other officials.
In accordance with the program of the state visit, high-level meetings will be held tomorrow, during which the leaders of the two countries will discuss issues of further deepening Uzbek-Qatari relations and developing multifaceted cooperation, primarily in the political, trade-economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
Meetings of the President of Uzbekistan with representatives of business circles in Qatar are also planned.
