Sojitz to cooperate with Uzbekistan

At the meeting, the Japanese side became familiar with the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan, including business development, favorable conditions created for foreign investors.

 

Prospects of bilateral cooperation were discussed during the talks. Representatives of the Japanese company expressed interest in the possibility of participating in the implementation of joint projects in the oil and gas sector, chemical and petrochemical industries, trade, as well as the study of the supply of certain types of chemical products to Japan.

 

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on further elaboration of issues in the indicated areas of activity, as well as assistance in organizing the visit of Sojitz Corporation representatives to Uzbekistan.
