International standards and experience applied in implementation of gender components in the judicial system were considered.

The reasons for women's passive participation in this field and measures to eliminate them were discussed at the event. The experience of a number of foreign countries in this area was taken into account. It was also noted that in order to increase judicial profession’s attractiveness for women, it is necessary to improve working conditions and allocate quotas in the bodies and relevant systems responsible for selection and appointment of judges.
