SEOUL, July 6. /“Dunyo” IA/. The first meeting of the heads of the International Cooperation Departments of the Supreme Courts of Uzbekistan and South Korea has taken place, via videoconference, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The parties discussed issues of the current state, further concrete steps to enhance interaction between the Supreme Courts of the two countries.
The sides expressed their readiness to further enhance collaboration in various areas.
Taking into account the interest of both sides in further intensifying interaction, an agreement was reached on organizing an official visit to Uzbekistan of the Chief Justice of the Republic of Korea in October.
The parties confirmed their readiness to work out the organization of the visit of specialists of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Judicial Council of Uzbekistan to Korea for studying and exchanging experience in areas of mutual interest.
