The National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of Uzbekistan and Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs (KIHASA) discussed international experience in improving the education and qualification of nurses.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, directors of a number of medical education institutions from different regions of the country, specializing in nursing staff education.
KIHASA representatives proposed short-term, medium-term and long-term plans for reforming nursing education in Uzbekistan.
The efforts taken in Uzbekistan to develop nursing education were presented at the conference.
