A group of Russian doctors have arrived in Andijan to assist in the fight against coronavirus, exchange experience and establish cooperation.
The group includes epidemiologists, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, infectious disease specialists, radiologists, therapists, surgeons, diagnosticians and nurses-anesthesiologists. Some of them are in Andijan, helping doctors treat patients with COVID-19.
Hokim of Andijan region, Shukhratbek Abdurakhmanov, talked with doctors, expressed gratitude for their help.
Russian doctors, together with Andijan specialists, will treat patients in regional medical institutions.
