Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution "On measures to ensure the safe operation of small vessels" was adopted.
The resolution approved the rules for registration and technical inspection of small boats.
Small boats - self-propelled vessels with main engines with a power of 55 kW (75 hp) and a passenger capacity of no more than 12 people, vessels with outboard motors, jet skis (jet skis), self-propelled vessels with a carrying capacity of no more than 80 register tons (rowing boats and pedal boats ), sailing non-motorized rowing boats, inflated or inflated by air pressure.
An individual or legal entity when buying a small vessel, regardless of its technical condition, within 30 working days, applies to the appropriate territorial department for registration.
Registration of a vessel can also be carried out through the information system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations “small boats”.
Applications are considered within 1 business day.
Accordingly, a small vessel undergoes a preliminary technical inspection and a ship ticket is issued.
The following fees are charged for the registration of ships:
registration (re-registration) of small motor boats - 20% of BRV (49 thousand soums);
registration (re-registration) of non-powered small boats - 10% of BRV (24,500 soums)
issuance of a duplicate ship ticket - 10% of BRV (24,500 soums).
The use of unregistered vessels is prohibited.
