In turn, attracting leading specialists from India to these branches for long-term work and equipping these branches with modern medical equipment will be important in providing the population with high-quality medical services, improving the skills of local doctors, exchanging experience, acquiring new knowledge and skills by medical workers.

At the meeting, Jitesh Sharma noted that initial agreements have been reached with a number of medical institutions of Uzbekistan in these areas, and practical cooperation will continue after stabilization of the situation related to the pandemic.
