Promising areas of cooperation between Asia-Pacific countries and Spain discussed

The sides exchanged views on current issues of strengthening economic and cultural relations between Asia-Pacific countries and Spain.

 

Jaime Montalvo, International Director of Spain Chamber of Commerce noted that in the current situation, the need for digital solutions, knowledge and modern information technologies is growing dynamically in the world due to the coronavirus pandemic. In this regard, it is necessary to introduce massive innovations, including new technologies that will increase labor productivity and ensure competitiveness.

 

At the event, participants were given brief information about new economic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, as well as opportunities to enhance investment and business contacts, in particular in scientific-technical and humanitarian sectors, as well as in tourism.
