On July 24, 2020, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a Resolution on Celebrating Qurbon Hayit (Eid al-Adha) to preserve and widely promote our ancient traditions and values, such as charity and generosity, kindness and mercy, humanism, embodying the essence of this holiday, as well as support good intentions, thoughts and aspirations of our people.
According to the decision of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, the first day of Qurbon Hayit in the country will be celebrated on July 31, 2020.
