New training course for medical workers

National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan plans to implement a project to train future medical workers in accordance with Canadian standards, at the Medical Institute of Karakalpakstan.

The project implementation was discussed by the Chairman of the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare Rovshan Izamov, Rector of the Institute Oral Ataniyazova, representatives of Royal College Canada International (RCI).
 
The possibility of opening a training simulation course for advanced training of doctors who are fighting COVID-19 at the Institute with the support of the National Chamber was also discussed at the event. It is planned to supply necessary modern equipment and use techniques based on international experience in combating the pandemic.
 
Medical workers’ qualifications, work experience, ability to use ventilators and other equipment, as well as individual characteristics of each patient play an important role in qualitative treatment of patients with COVID-19. Special courses for doctors and students will significantly improve treatment in emergency situations, including during the pandemic.
