
During the forum, Bukhara State Technical University also established cooperation with several Malaysian universities, as well as with the Green Research scientific center.
Discussions focused on an academic mobility program for women scientists, the establishment of a research center, spin-off projects, joint educational programs, and the implementation of practice-oriented teaching methods.
A Memorandum was signed to launch a joint educational program in the field of “Mechanical Engineering Technology” under a “1+1” master’s degree format, along with the allocation of scholarships for students. Agreements were also reached on cooperation in the fields of alternative energy and tourism. These initiatives will contribute to enhancing the international reputation and scientific capacity of Bukhara State Technical University, as well as the overall quality of education.
In accordance with a relevant Presidential resolution, concrete tasks have been set to transform Bukhara State Technical University into a Green University that meets the requirements of sustainable development. A Green Research scientific center has been established at the university, and consistent efforts are being made in environmental protection and energy efficiency.
Thanks to its scientific potential, innovative approach, and international cooperation, Bukhara State Technical University is recognized nationally as a Green University. The work being carried out supports the university’s development and contributes to building a sustainable and environmentally safe future for all of Uzbekistan.
