By the decision of the Special Republican Commission:
- from 15 March, the procedure for an express test for coronavirus antigen at the airport, train station or the crossing border will be cancelled;
- from March 15, it is allowed to enter Uzbekistan with a negative PCR result (valid within the last 72 hours);
- by March 25, a list of foreign laboratories will be drawn up, the results of which will be recognized in Uzbekistan.
According to the new regulation:
- Individuals, arriving by air and rail, must provide a certificate of the absence of coronavirus infection (only PCR method), made within the last 72 hours before registering for a plane or train;
- Individuals, arriving by road, must present a certificate of the absence of coronavirus infection (PCR method only), made within the last 72 hours. In the absence of a certificate, they can take a rapid test for the detection of Covid in special clinics and laboratories at the crossings border. If the result is negative, they will be allowed into the country.
The test results for all arriving passengers must be in English or Russian.
