– All of Russia continues to mourn this tragedy, – the ambassador said. – The inhumane and barbaric terrorist act has deeply affected all people of conscience. In Uzbekistan, we have witnessed overwhelming compassion from the entire population, including President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who was among the first to extend condolences to the President of Russia.
