Ambassador Abat Fayzullayev acquainted the participants of the evening with the fundamental principles of the constitutional reforms carried out in Uzbekistan.
The diplomat emphasized that the main goal of the constitutional reforms is to improve the Constitution by enshrining in it the political, legal, socio-economic, spiritual and moral principles and values that will serve the interests of citizens, improve the lives of ordinary people in Uzbekistan, ensuring the welfare of the population, the development of society and the entire state. It was noted that the reform is carried out under the slogan “New Constitution for New Uzbekistan”.
The participants were also informed about special articles published on the resources of the magazine “Society” and dedicated to large-scale democratic reforms and ongoing constitutional reforms in the country.
