On October 7, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The heads of state discussed current issues of bilateral agenda. Views were exchanged on the situation in the region, the schedule of the upcoming high-level meetings was considered.
The leaders expressed their mutual commitment to strengthening Uzbekistan – Tajikistan strategic partnership and multifaceted cooperation, ensuring stability and sustainable development in Central Asia.
