Presentation of projects on construction of multi-storey houses, International Scientific Research Center named after Imam Termizi, aksakals teahouses, the mosque in Termez, modernization of “Khujaipok” inter-district enterprise on production of drinking water, laying modern sewer networks, improvement of activities of private homeowners’ associations in the region, reconstruction of Sharaf Rashidov Street in the city of Denau, erecting multi-apartment buildings along this street was held during the visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Surkhandarya region.
The Head of our state emphasized that issue of providing population with housing should be under constant attention. It is necessary to make houses under construction even more accessible. For this, it is necessary to expand production of domestic construction materials.
The general plan of the city of Termez provides for construction of 30 seven-storey houses. Taking into account requests of the population, the President of our country gave instructions on construction of 32 more such houses. The need to accelerate implementation of the project on improving drinking water supply was also noted.
