Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the UK, Said Rustamov, has held virtual talks with the leadership of the British company Wood Plc.
The parties discussed the areas of the company’s current activities in Uzbekistan, including its participation in the preparation and implementation of large projects in the oil and gas sector in the country’s regions.
The British side, noting the effective reforms taking place in Uzbekistan, expressed interest in enhancing its presence in the country, implementing new projects, including in alternative energy, green economy and training personnel in engineering design.
