Uzbekistan, India business communities strengthen collaboration

DELHI, November 5. /Dunyo IA/. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in India hosted negotiations with the President of India – CIS Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jyotsna Choudhary, within the framework of activities on enhancing trade, economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and India, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

It was noted that the growing cooperation between entrepreneurs of the two countries contributes to enhancing trade and economic ties. In this regard, it was emphasized that it is important to further intensify the activities of the chambers of commerce and industries, associations of entrepreneurs and business associations in Uzbekistan and India.

The President of India – CIS Chamber of Commerce and Industry was presented with detailed commercial proposals for promising investment projects in various fields planned in the regions of Uzbekistan, as well as Uzbekistan products that could be exported to the Indian market.

The Indian side has expressed interest in developing close ties with Uzbekistan partners, organizing online dialogues, joint business forums and exhibitions in foreign countries.

In this regard, an agreement was reached on holding direct negotiations in the coming days and establishing an official partnership with Uzbekistan Exporters Association.
