President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has signed a Decree on awarding the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Suma Chakrabarti, with Dustlik (Friendship) Order for his great services in establishing a strategic partnership and enhancing multifaceted cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, personal contribution to increasing the efficiency of the country’s socio-economic reform program, as well as promoting priority investment projects on modernizing industry and infrastructure, supporting the formation of a favorable investment climate and business environment in the country.
