Newly appointed Ambassador of Uzbekistan departed to India

TASHKENT, June 18. /“Dunyo” IA/. Dilshod Akhatov who previously served as the Deputy Minister of the Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan departed to India as newly appointed Ambassador, informs “Dunyo” correspondent.

On June 28, Dilshod Akhatov turns 48 years old. Previously, he served in various positions at Uzbek MFA. Particularly, as the head of departments, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sweden and Spain simultaneously and the deputy minister. Akhatov speaks German and English.

From 2017-2020 Farkhod Arziev served as the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India. On February 25, Arziev was appointed as the first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
