On December 20, the delegation led by the Chairman of the Jogorku
Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic D.Djumabekov visited the city of
Samarkand.
The guests visited the Hazrati Khizr complex, the final resting place
of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, paid
tribute to the memory of the great leader of our country. Creative and
landscaping activities implemented in the complex, a majestic mausoleum,
performed in the national style, and other buildings made a great
impression on guests.
The delegation of Kyrgyzstan also visited the Imam Bukhari complex,
Registan square, Amir Temur mausoleum, Ulugbek observatory and other
historical monuments. Guests were told about their history, as well as
creative work, implemented in the region in recent years.
