Abdulaziz Kamilov holds talks with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister

The sides discussed the state and prospects of Uzbekistan – Pakistan relations in political, trade-economic, investment, transport-communication and other spheres.

 

The importance of joining efforts to achieve peace and stability in Afghanistan through its involvement in regional economic process was noted.

 

Special attention was paid to development of transport corridors between Central and South Asia, as well as increasing the trade turnover.

 

Foreign Ministers discussed issues of multilateral cooperation within the framework of international organizations.

 

The parties also exchanged views on other issues on the common agenda.
