Plans for further strengthening cooperation discussed

At the meeting, issues of deepening trade, economic and investment relations between Uzbekistan and South Korea were discussed. In particular, views were exchanged on the upcoming bilateral events in the economic sphere.

 

The Korean side assured that the leadership of the Ministry attaches great importance to further expansion of cooperation with Uzbekistan.

 

The parties discussed substantive and organizational issues in preparation for the upcoming tenth meeting of Uzbekistan – Korean Intergovernmental Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation to be held in early November via videoconference.

 

Following the meeting, the Korean side emphasized the readiness of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea to use all the resources to achieve significant results in trade, economic and investment spheres.
