TASHKENT, February 13. /“Dunyo” IA/. National air company “Uzbekistan Airways” has introduced an updated uniforms of pilots and flight attendants, informs “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The key colors in the clothes were a shade of dark aquamarine and terracotta. The new outfit for ladies includes: skirts, pants, blouses, which are represented in two colors and a jacket. Jacket lining has been designed with terracotta color with logo application. It was a new idea of designers to propose a short-sleeved dress item into the uniform. Headdress, fabric and leather gloves, fabric elastic band to create hairstyles, name and brand badges, as well as neck scarves in two colors are introduced as accessories. The ornament on blouses and neck scarves is accomplished in oriental style. The winter cloak-coat has a detachable insulated lining.
The outfit for stewards is presented as a three piece suit of a dark grey color with a dark aquamarine color trimming. Shaped caps are made in a dark grey color with silver trimming.
Pilots’ outfit in terms of color has not been changed. The only change is - branded buttons and exclusive men’s ties.
Notably, a cardinal change has occurred for the first time in the last 15 years.
The fabric has been chosen concerning different weather and climatic conditions for our crew staff every day comfort.
Local and foreign specialists have taken part in the project. The selection of fabrics and tailoring of the first batch of the main set was carried out by Turkish "Dress Best Uniforms", which collaborated with such airlines as Turkish Airlines (partial), Fly Dubai, Albania Airlines, Flynas.
