A place for recreation is being created in Urtachirchik district near Tashkent Sea. Currently, it is expected to commission 4 guest houses, a restaurant, a beach and a pool at this facility, designed for 500 seats.
According to the entrepreneur Jakhongir Ermatov, this modern facility will be a great place to relax for both foreign and local tourists. The creation of guest houses in the once abandoned territories began a few years ago. Due to the investment contributions of foreign partners in the amount of 0 thousand, all structures at this facility have been prepared.
Another project implemented in the region is a tourism facility with a total value of 30 billion UZS, which is being created in Oqtosh village of Bostanlyk district. This complex, designed for continuous operation over all four seasons, consists of 130 rooms and is designed for 330 beds. Over 100 jobs will be created after putting the facility into operation.
“Our hotel is located at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level. To date, construction work has been completed, and the equipment of rooms is being completed. The hotel also has a conference hall for 250 seats, in which all the necessary amenities for various events are created. The complex is designed for both foreign and local tourism”, says entrepreneur Saidazim Yunuskhojayev.
