This project is implemented jointly with the Republic of Belarus. 15 higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and Belarus have established cooperation to date.
It should be noted that the friendship between the two countries has a long history. Relations between the countries have risen to a new level in recent years. Belarus has achieved great success in IT.
Belarusian National Technical University was founded in 1920. With the help of the experience and huge potential of this foreign University, Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology will establish a joint 2+2 program in industrial design and robotics. The goal is to create business incubators and knowledge transfer offices, improve the activities of innovation centers. The project is planned to be implemented in August 2020.
Industrial designers, textile engineers working with knitted products, specialists in information security and digital systems, technology engineers in robotics will be trained based on the joint educational program.
In addition, it is planned to jointly improve the activities of the innovation center, create science and technology parks, master fundamental and international grants.
