On January 8, 2019, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China Jian Yang.
At the meeting, current aspects of Uzbekistan – China relations were discussed. The parties also exchanged views on the schedule of joint events planned for 2019.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, particular attention was paid to practical issues of participation of Uzbekistan delegation in the Second International Forum “One Belt, One Road”.
