BEIJING, January 27. /“Dunyo” IA/. On January 25, Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China have held a meeting with the President of China’s Belt & Road Investment Fund Paul Liu, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent Shukhrat Umirov.
The parties discussed the implementation of joint projects in trade, healthcare, cultural and humanitarian interaction.
The President of the Belt & Road Investment Fund noted that China is currently encouraging entrepreneurs to develop international cooperation. In this regard, interest was expressed in establishing investment, trade, and cultural cooperation with Uzbekistan businesspeople.
Following the talks, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit of the Belt & Road Investment Fund delegation to Uzbekistan to discuss promising projects as the epidemiological situation improves. The readiness of the company to open trade and exhibition halls in Beijing and other large cities of China to present the trade, economic, investment, and tourism potential of Uzbekistan was noted.
