For 8 months of 2020, Uzbekistan exported 26.3 tons of honey to foreign countries in the amount of .8 thousand.
This figure increased by 20.3 tons, or 4.4 times compared to the corresponding period last year.
According to the State Statistics Committee, over the past 8 months, Uzbekistan has exported honey to the United States – 11.2 tons, Korea – 10 tons, UAE – 3.1 tons, Kuwait – 2 tons.
The honey was exported from Uzbekistan’s Tashkent city – 21.2 tons, Jizzakh region – 3.1 tons, Samarkand region – 2 tons and Namangan region – 0.1 tons.
