TASHKENT, October 25. /“Dunyo” IA/. International Ziyarah Tourism Week will be held in Samarkand, Bukhara, Khorezm and Tashkent on November 1-3, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The event will help to use Uzbekistan's potential in this sphere more effectively, gain high recognition from the world community and international organizations, as well as diversify the services of pilgrimage tourism.
The festival is held on the initiative of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan in cooperation with several organizations.
Exhibitions, workshops, scientific-practical conferences and cultural-enlightenment events aimed at the development of pilgrimage tourism will be held within the framework of the week. In addition, it is planned to visit the new Silk Road Tourist Center in Samarkand, the International Fair of Artisans.
