The training courses opened in Izbaskan district attracted businesswomen with certain experience in entrepreneurship, working skills with a team, conducting effective activities in agriculture and manufacturing, with the potential to export finished goods. In theoretical and practical courses conducted by experienced business coaches, participants were given extensive information about the legal foundations of entrepreneurship, working in market conditions, conducting marketing research, accounting, business planning.
Students who have completed these three-day courses with honors and received special certificates have the right to teach women’s business development.
In addition, participants will actively participate in the process of developing their business plans and implementing useful ideas at the next stages of the project. Three best business projects presented by the participants, which will receive technical-financial support from partners, will be selected. This project, implemented by the “Tadbirkor Ayol” Association and several organizations, has greatly helped in solving women’s problems, ensuring their employment, attracting them to entrepreneurship.
