TASHKENT, February 8. /“Dunyo” IA/. In 2021, the import of machinery and transport equipment reached 52.7 million and increased by 3.8 percent compared to 2020, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the share of imports of machinery and transport equipment in the total volume amounted to 32.4 percent.
This category of imports increased by 8.4 million. Most of the supplies of these goods to Uzbekistan account for China – 25.2 million (33 percent), the Republic of Korea – 46.3 million (15.1 percent) and Russia – 4 million (10.8 percent).
In 2021, the import of goods and services in Uzbekistan reached 461 million.
