According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the parties discussed the current state of cooperation, as well as prospects for further interaction.
In particular, the visit of Singapore’s businesspeople to Uzbekistan, the organization of business forums and B2B meetings between Uzbekistan and Singapore entrepreneurs were considered.
With the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan, a delegation led by representatives of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation and Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry is expected to visit the country. The delegation of Singapore businesspeople led by the Singapore Business Federation is planning to visit Uzbekistan in October.
Following the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the planned joint events and the need for intensifying mutual visits of delegations of business circles of the two countries and the organization of business events.
