TASHKENT, April 19. /“Dunyo” IA/. In the first two months of 2022, 1.3 thousand tons of dates were imported to Uzbekistan in the amount of 807.6 thousand US dollars, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The volume of imports of dates increased by 478 tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
Countries from which Uzbekistan imported the largest number of dates in January-February 2022:
Iran - 1.2 thousand tons
Turkey - 40 tons
Palestine - 35 tons
Israel - 23 tons
UAE - 22 tons
Saudi Arabia - 20.5 tons
