TASHKENT, July 9. /“Dunyo” IA/. The Presidential Resolution “On measures to create a special industrial zone Technopark “Nukus” in Karakalpakstan” has been adopted, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The Technopark will be located on 30 hectares in Nukus Free Economic Zone for 30 years.
One of the main activities of the Technopark is the creation of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly production facilities by international standards.
Within the framework of the Program for the development of social and industrial infrastructure of Uzbekistan for 2023-2024, limits of capital investments will be allocated for the development of engineering and communication infrastructure of the Technopark at the expense of centralized sources of financing.
Measures will be taken on the territory of Technopark to stimulate and develop investment activities by establishing long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with domestic and foreign investors.
