The event was organized by the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan together with the Imperial Palace Museum and the Northwest University of China with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China.
The exhibition became the result of the joint work of Uzbekistan – China archaeological expedition to the burial grounds of Sazagan and Rabat. The discoveries include metal weapons, ceramic vessels, jewelry made of precious and semi-precious stones, gold jewelry, as well as photos of excavations of different types of burials. Hunting and labor tools, jewelry, and ceramics were also found in the burials, which most likely belong to the Kushan period (III-I centuries BC).
