TASHKENT, February 21. /“Dunyo” IA/. Art and Culture Development Foundation will hold the International Festival of Theater and Ballet from March 15 to May 15, in Tashkent, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The festival will be attended by the Moscow Sovremennik Theatre, the Moscow Theatre “School of Modern Drama”, the Theater of Nations, the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov, the St. Petersburg State Academic Ballet Theater of Boris Eifman, the State Academic Grand Theater of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi, Uzbek National Academic Drama Theatre, Ilkhom Theatre of Mark Weil, and the Youth Theater of Uzbekistan.
Performances will be shown at the Grand Theater named after Alisher Navoi, the Ilkhom Theater and the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater.
Performances within the framework of the international festival will be accompanied by audio commentary. Subtitles in Uzbek will be available at the performances, which will be displayed on a special screen above the stage.
