The festival is organized by the public cultural center “Mudejares”, which carried out large-scale preparatory work for this event. The Embassy of Uzbekistan also provided support in the implementation of the project.
The program includes a show of national costumes, traditional embroidery, a photo exhibition, national dances, an applied arts fair, a tasting of Uzbek cuisine, as well as a concert by a symphony orchestra.
At the expense of the organizers of the event, 600 national and historical costumes were made by Uzbek craftsmen and clothing designers. The procession presented the image of the outstanding Uzbek statesman, the founder of the Timurids Empire – Amir Temur.
