A personal photo exhibition by Japanese photographer Hiroko Hirota dedicated to Uzbekistan has been opened in a gallery located in the center of Tokyo.
The Japanese photographer has visited Uzbekistan several times. In particular, in September 2019, she participated in an info tour of the State Committee for Tourism Development, organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Tokyo for representatives of Japanese media.
The exhibition features over 50 photographs of Hiroko. They depict everyday life, culture, monuments of ancient architecture and national cuisine.
Following her trip to Uzbekistan, Hiroko Hirota published “Serquyosh” photo book.
The exhibition will run until November 14 this year.
