During the event, Sherzod Sharipov, Head of the Education System Coordination Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, delivered a report on “Strengthening cultural ties through the development of the education sector”.
During the practical part of the seminar, Uzbekistan was represented by Nasiba Sobirova, Head of the International Relations Department of the Center for Cultural Education under the Ministry of Culture, who specializes in the development of the cultural sector.
It was emphasized that to advance cooperation within the ICESCO framework, such events should be held regularly, a cooperation roadmap should be developed, and pilot projects should be promoted.
According to the Ministry of Culture, negotiations were also held with Abdulhakeem AlSenan, Director of the ICESCO Regional Office in Baku.
