At the exhibition of national dishes and dishes of people of the world, skilled chefs from different regions of the country are demonstrating the process of preparing delicious dishes from their regions. Exhibitors at the same time as observing the process of making Samarkand flatbreads, tandyr-kebabs of Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, and Surkhandarya, can taste them.
