On March 1, the official opening ceremony of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Vladivostok (Russia) took place. The national flag of Uzbekistan was raised at the entrance to the building where the diplomatic mission is located.
The Vice-Governor of Primorye Konstantin Bogdanenko took part in the ceremony, with whom negotiations on the issues of development of cooperation with Uzbekistan in trade-economic, tourism and other fields were held within the framework of the event.
According to Uzbekistan MFA, on the same day, a meeting was held at the administration of Primorye with representatives of business circles and travel companies, who took part in the official opening ceremony of the Consulate General. Trade-economic and tourism potential of Uzbekistan was presented.
