The concept of human value means, first of all, personal rights and freedoms, honor, the dignity of a person, authority, and status in society. In the draft Constitutional Law “On introducing amendments and addenda to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, personal rights and freedoms of a person are expanded by the principles of human value.
