Asaka Bank continues to finance private medical clinics in order to increase the possibility of using specialized medical services by residents of the regions, to assist in equipping with modern high-tech equipment and components.
One of them is Shifobakhsh clinic in Syrdarya’s Gulistan city. This institution acquired a modern computer tomography apparatus in August 2015, at the expense of a loan in the amount of 262 thousand euros, received from Asaka Bank. In 2018, another 5,000 was allocated for the purchase of ultrasound, ECG and laboratory diagnostic machines for a general blood test. At the same time, for the expansion of this clinic, that is, for its transformation into a sanatorium complex, a loan in the amount of 1 billion 400 million UZS was allocated for the construction of a 6-storey building, for interior decoration – 2 billion UZS.
The peculiarities of this clinic are that medicinal water obtained from a depth of 1800 meters and which contains hydrogen sulfide, iodine and bromine is used in treatment. In the clinic, you can be examined by specialists such as a neurologist, cardiologist, therapist, pediatrician, ENT physician and gynecologist. After completion of the construction, in addition to outpatient procedures, it will be possible to simultaneously provide high-quality services to 100 patients.
According to the Head Physician of Shifobakhsh clinic, Askarbek Navruzov, they have big plans. With the financial assistance of Asaka Bank, it is planned to open new departments for complex surgical operations and an intensive care unit.
