The opening ceremony of the Afghan Trade Fair was held on July 16, 2019, at Uzexpocentre.
The main objective of the exhibition is to promote the further development and strengthening of trade-economic relations between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, diversification of forms and areas of Uzbekistan – Afghanistan economic cooperation in transport, energy, construction, agro-industrial, medicine and pharmaceuticals fields.
Special attention was also paid to the promotion of Uzbek export high-tech products to the Afghan market.
Enterprises participating in this event personify the powerful economic, industrial, scientific, intellectual and personnel potential of the country and are capable of raising and executing tasks on a national scale.
